Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. Returns must be received in original condition and with original packaging. No returns are accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.
Warranty Policy
All MOZI Paddles come with a 6 month conditional warranty. Any manufacturers defect or equipment failure, happening prior to 6 months after sale, is eligible for a replacement or pro-rated refund of the purchase price. Any normal wear and tear or misuse of the equipment (including improper storage) will not be eligible for warranty claims. Your equipment must be registered to be eligible for warranty claims.
Care and Handling
Do not store your paddles in damp or dank environments. Do not store paddles in excessively hot or humid environments especially in hot cars or trunks. The nature of construction does not tolerate excessive long term exposure to high heat environments. Do not expose to below freezing temperatures. Keep paddles in a climate controlled environment. Do not submerge or otherwise wash your paddles. Do not use abrasive cleaners or cleaning solutions on the paddle.
